Handwoven on my rigid heddle loom using organic cotton and a cotton/linen blend, Crosshatch is a plaid reimagined - a study in color and canvas weave. Blocks of peach, grass green, olive, and white are punctuated by textured areas of canvas weave, creating subtle shifts in tone and feel. Each intersection of color reveals how structure and fiber interact, forming a fresh, dimensional take on a familiar pattern.
Fully lined with natural linen, Crosshatch features a 9" zipper closure with a handmade tassel pull and a genuine leather wrist strap for added ease, along with an Otterwoven hand-sewn leather tag. Machine sewn with care to preserve the integrity of the handwoven cloth, it’s designed to hold your essentials while honoring its handmade origin.
