Custom Piece Deposit

Non-refundable deposit for custom piece, as discussed via email, phone or text. This will cover the cost of purchasing any special materials for your artwork (speciality yarns, specific colored fibers, custom dowels, driftwood, etc.) Otterwoven will send client pictures/videos of color selections, progress shots, etc. as the custom piece is being created. Balance to be paid before your artwork ships. Custom pieces take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and ship, unless otherwise noted.
